At NACRE, we take grate pride on making all our customers pleased with each of their purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange, given that it abides by our return and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions

  • NACRE accepts returns or exchanges of unused items within 21 days from date of delivery. 

  • Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items or situations will NOT be accepted:

  • Final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything NACRE reasonably believes has been used.

  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.

  • Returns that do not comply with our returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.

How to exchange an item
Please note that we only offer size & color exchanges for full priced items. For alternative items, a new order must be placed. If you wish to exchange an item, simply send us an email at customerservice@nacrevoyage.com. We will contact you to confirm a refund if the chosen substitute size/color is in stock.

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

How to return an item

To return your product please email us your request at customerservice@nacrevoyage.com. We will gladly give you all information needed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, NACRE is not responsible for a lost or damage package sent from your behalf. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request meets our return conditions listed above, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will immediately be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or 
contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund directly to the gift giver.
