Click on the section you prefer to open a drop-down menu where you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you discover just what you are looking for.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to customerservice@nacrevoyage.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

NACRE accepts the following forms of payments: VISA, MasterCard, American express, Paypal and Apple pay. Note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card information.

All international orders are shipped via DHL. For Canadian orders, UPS or Canada Post is used. Shipping fees are indicated at Checkout.   

NACRE ships to over 70 countries worldwide. You may refer to the Shipping & Delivery for specific destinations.

At the moment, we can only ship to one address per order. Please place a separate order for each location desired.

NACRE will send you several e-mails to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with all tracking information in order to track your shipment.

We will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice and NACRE’s original packaging. You must inform NACRE of your intention to return the merchandise within 21 days from the date of delivery by contacting customer service: customerservice@nacrevoyage.com.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you match our return policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will immediately be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
