If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please make sure that the address you are entering in the "Billing" field is the address that is registered with your bank. If the system still doesn't accept your order, please contact with your bank first.

Our products are produced in limited quantities and may run out of stock. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you if you would like a similar style of the product you wished to purchased.

Shipping & Delivery
All international orders are shipped via DHL. For Canadian orders, UPS or Canada Post is used. Shipping fees are indicated at Checkout.
NACRE ships to over 70 countries worldwide. You may refer to the Shipping & Delivery for specific destinations.
At the moment, we can only ship to one address per order. Please place a separate order for each location desired.
NACRE will send you several e-mails to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with all tracking information in order to track your shipment.
Please allow up to two working days from your order date to process your order for shipment in addition to the time required for delivery. Please refer to the delivery times section for each Country of the Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Exchanges
We will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice and NACRE’s original packaging. You must inform NACRE of your intention to return the merchandise within 21 days from the date of delivery by contacting customer service: email@example.com.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you match our return policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will immediately be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
In order to exchange an item, please inform NACRE by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the original item using the return instructions. Please keep in mind that new orders are subject to product availability.
