Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers DHL, UPS and Canada Post. NACRE insures each purchase against theft and accidental damage during the time it is in transit until it is promptly delivered to you. Please note that you accept the same way NACRE's transfer of responsibility once the package has reached it's final destination if you have chosen a recipient other than you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift).
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm (EST), with the exception of official holidays.
Order tracking
You will receive an email containing the DHL, UPS or Canada Post tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
For international deliveries, DHL offers you the flexibility to make changes while your purchase is on its way to you. Simply, provide your mobile number at checkout to receive an SMS notification after your order has been dispatched. You will be able to choose from a range of options including:
- Rescheduling your delivery date or placing your package on hold
- Collecting your package from a DHL service point
- Signature release (if under a certain amount)
Taxes & Duties
You may be required to pay additional sales taxes, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination Country. These costs will be charged by the courrier itself on an individual basis directly upon shipment. These additional fees cannot be collected by NACRE and will not be refunded in case the items are returned.
Shipping delivery times
Delivery times begin one to two working days after the order is placed and receipt of payment. This is due to the time difference between our shipping facility and final destination.
